There is a small bakery in my area that offers only gluten-free cookies. I have heard that the owner's child has problems with gluten and she came up with the idea so that he could enjoy treats at school when children celebrate birthdays.
I have tried all three....AMAZING!!! Especially the coconut lemon! Great post Betsy!
